Shaun Wolf Wortis
Shaun Wolf Wortis has been kicking around the Boston scene for over twenty years - first with funk/juju thang 3rd Estate, then with Slide, and most recently with a large variety of music projects, as both player and producer, including Blow (a guitar, blues harp, drums, and samples combo); Family Jewels (doo-wop); Leah Callahan (pop/cabaret), Waitiki (exotica); a 20-piece band playing the music of Esquivel; a film score to a Vampire movie (with buddy Brian O'Neill), and his own bands Wortishead, and highly amorphous Gato Malo.
He also is a professional graphic designer, a pretty good cook, and a quarterback in the football league he runs.
